Just download the samsung mail app, add your outlook, and then when you add a note to your samsung calendar, select your outlook account.
Go To Shared Calendars, Select The Calendar That You Want To Add To The Samsung Calendar App, And Click Publish.
Open the calendar app and sign in to your account.
